Training Levels:
Coast2Coast provides first aid and CPR training in an Online Blended format, perfect for those with busy schedules. Our St Catharines First Aid & CPR/AED Online Blended training course is a WSIB approved program that is split into two portions: Online and In-Class. The online portion contains the theory and knowledge aspects of the course whereas the in-class portion includes the hands-on training. Prior to attending the in-class portion, students must complete the online training which can be done in their own time.
This course format is ideal for people who are unable to dedicate as much time in a classroom environment. Complete half of your training online in the comfort of your own home before attending a one day in-class training. Keep your first aid and CPR skills and knowledge up-to-date with a one day Recertification course. Practice new or existing skills on top-notch equipment with one of our experienced Canadian Red Cross instructors.
Keep your certificate valid for an additional three years by registering for a Recertification course in St Catharines. Prior to registering, you must be sure that you meet the prerequisites, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the course.

Coast2Coast is one of the few Canadian Red Cross training partners which offers private/group advanced training programs such as First Responder and Emergency Medical Responder courses in Ontario. Our Professional Responder courses require students to partake in an extensive training which helps prepare them for careers such as firefighters, paramedics and many other first responder roles.
During this training, students will learn life saving skills from some of the best Canadian Red Cross instructors. Practice real-life scenarios and prepare yourself for emergencies you may face while working. These intense training courses will provide students with the confidence they need to safe citizens in their communities.
Training Levels:
Basic Life Support (HCP) is a training course created specifically for students in the healthcare field such as nurses and other first responders. Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics offers this four hour course in St Catharines which teaches students many topics ranging from high intensity CPR to handling opioid overdoses. In addition to learning life saving skills, students will also learn how to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Our Basic Life Support course was designed to build students’ confidence levels so they can perform life saving techniques on patients in an instant. The Babysitting course is ideal for pre-teens and teens who wish to learn how to care for younger children and enhance their leadership skills. Participants will learn how to take care of children as well as provide first aid.
Stay Safe, on the other hand, is a Youth program which focuses on teaching children and teens how to keep themselves and others safe when they are alone. This course teaches participants basic first aid as well as life saving techniques they may use in the case of an emergency.
