Course Information
Course schedules and pricing vary by location. To get started, visit our Book a Training page and select the training center closest to you. From there, choose the course type you’re interested in.
You’ll then see a dropdown menu with the available course levels—each one will display its price beside it. Once you select a course level and proceed, you’ll be able to view all available dates for that course at your chosen location.
We offer our First Aid and CPR certification training courses in two convenient formats:
Traditional In-Class – This option is fully in-person and led by a certified instructor. Participants will cover all theory in class and gain hands-on experience through practical skill demonstrations.
Blended Online + In-Class – This format combines online learning with an in-person skills session. The online portion covers course theory through interactive modules, including quizzes and activities, and must be completed before the scheduled in-class session. After finishing the online component, participants attend a hands-on training session with one of our certified instructors to apply what they’ve learned.
No, you don’t need to register for two separate courses. We offer combined training options that cover both First Aid and CPR certification in a single course:
Adult First Aid/CPR/AED
Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
- Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED
Upon successful completion of either course, you’ll receive one certification that confirms you are trained in both First Aid and CPR. This certification is valid for two years.

After Registering for a Course
After registering for a Blended First Aid & CPR course, you’ll receive an email within 24 hours from the American Red Cross with instructions to access your training. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please contact us by phone or email.
The email will guide you through creating your account on Red Cross Learning Center. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to access your course materials. If you need help setting up your profile or starting your online training, please contact us.
If you are enrolled in an Online Blended training course, you must finish the online portion prior to your in-class session date. If the online portion is not completed in time, you will be required to reschedule your class. For any difficulties accessing the online training, please reach out to our office by phone or email.
Once you’ve registered for a course, a confirmation email with a link to your e-book will be sent to you. You can download the e-book to your computer, phone, or tablet and refer to it whenever needed.
American Red Cross certificates issued through Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety are widely recognized and accepted across the United States. They meet OSHA requirements and are commonly accepted by employers, schools, and licensing bodies in a variety of industries, including healthcare, education, childcare, construction, and public safety. If you’re unsure whether a specific organization will accept your certificate, we recommend checking with them directly.
General Course Policies
Most American Red Cross First Aid and CPR certifications are valid for two years. However, certain professions may require you to renew your certification annually to meet workplace or regulatory standards.
Course Registration / Cancellations Policies
No, the discount will no longer apply. Our registration system tracks who registered together for the “Bring a Friend” offer. If your friend cancels, the discount is automatically removed, and the remaining participant will be required to pay the full course fee.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your training more than 48 hours before your course, a $35 administrative fee will apply.
Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of the course are not eligible for a refund.
