American Heart
Association Training
At Coast2Coast First Aid & Safety, we support the mission of the American Heart Association—a trusted leader in cardiovascular health, education, and lifesaving training. With nearly a century of work behind them, the AHA continues to lead the way in fighting heart disease and stroke while promoting healthier lives across the U.S. and beyond.
A Leader in Heart Health and Resuscitation Training
The American Heart Association is dedicated to advancing heart and brain health through public awareness, advocacy, and training. Their commitment to improving survival rates from cardiac arrest and other life-threatening emergencies is evident in the development of world-class CPR guidelines and training programs for both the public and healthcare professionals.
Through groundbreaking research, community outreach, and the creation of evidence-based guidelines, the AHA works to ensure individuals and professionals are prepared to act when every second counts.
(Note: While Coast2Coast First Aid & Aquatics supports the values and training standards set by the American Heart Association, we do not currently offer AHA courses. Please check back soon or contact us for updates on future course availability.)

Much appreciated

What really stood out was his ability to break down complex concepts into easily digestible bits, making it easy for me to grasp and apply the material. I was amazed at how much I learned, and I'm thrilled to say that I got the best out of the training!
Even though I had no prior knowledge in some areas, he was able to present the material in a way that was fresh and engaging, and I appreciated his patience and willingness to answer all my questions. His bit of puffy and gesture attitude really helped to keep me engaged and motivated throughout the training. Smiling in delight, he asked while I was demonstrating CPR, if I needed coffee or a donut, trying to gauge if I would be distracted. I fell for it deliberately to get my anxiety out
Overall, I highly recommend Coast2Coast and their trainer to anyone looking for a supportive and effective first aid/CPR learning experience. Thank you for a fantastic training experience.

My Ahmed is a very good instructor 🙏❤️❤️

Good course for an individual for work environment or home.

It was very beneficial for my career.

Frequently Asked Questions
When an emergency strikes, you may find yourself all of a sudden in a Disaster Film situation and the difference between a happy ending and a tragedy may just depend on your knowledge of CPR, When a person stops breathing as a result of drowning, suffocation, physicals trauma (and the hundred other things that can cause this condition), the ambulance will not make it there in mere minutes, which is often all the time you have to revive your loved one.

The highest percentage of cardiac arrest cases occur at home and in the workplace, which is no surprise, since people spend most of their time in those two places. No matter how close the nearest hospital is, the ambulance might not arrive in time, & you will need to have someone around who is trained in CPR.
BLS training is a 4-hour course that provides healthcare professionals in-depth training on how to perform CPR in a fast-paced environment such as a hospital. Students will learn a variety of skills ranging from high-performance CPR, using an AED, how to work as a team and more.
At Coast2Coast, we offer three levels of First Aid training:
