MOBILE SWIMMING PROGRAM!

At Coast2Coast, we value our client’s time and our services are offered based on their needs. If you are looking to learn how to swim with proper methods and techniques but you live too far from your community centre’s pool or you don’t have enough time to get to a public pool, don’t give up! There is still one more option. If you wish to use your own (choice of pool), you have found the right place.

At Coast2Coast, we have a service called “Mobile Swimming” which means we have qualified, experienced & well trained instructors who will provide you with the class you want at a pool of your choice. This pool could be the pool at your apartment, your backyard or even the pool at a friend’s or relative’s house. This service not only buys you time, but it’s also commute free. This means you will not have to be worried about bad weather or being late for class because of traffic! If you think this is the service for you, simply fill out the registration form and you will be moments away from the most convenient swimming lessons ever!.

One challenge I encountered was accessing the building; I was accidentally locked out on two occasions, which caused some inconvenience. Improving entry instructions or access support could enhance the overall experience.

Why Swimming
No exercise or activity offers a total-body workout, is easier on the joints, increases flexibility, and can be enjoyed at any age—from toddlers to seniors—than swimming. While it’s most often associated with summer, swimming is actually a physical activity in which you can participate at any time of the year if an indoor pool is available. It’s like that quote: “I cannot fly, but swimming is the next best thing. The water is my sky.” and here are a few reasons we believe you should know how to:
1.Swimming is one of the easiest and best ways to burn unwanted calories
2.Swimming works your body’s motor coordination. Over two thirds of the body musculature are engaged when you swim, so it improves coordination
3.Swimming can improve your posture. Swimming strengthens joints and improves posture by improving the position of the spinal column.

Coast2Coast Swim School offers public swimming programs for those who don’t have access to a pool at home. Our public swimming school offers indoor Swimming & Aquatic classes. You can find classes for a wide range of levels and ages.
